Assistant Digital Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Service Providers.
  • Facilitates with new digital product onboarding with new or existing service providers.
  • Facilitates with the agreement and contract management with service providers.
  • To explore/ initiate any potential advertisement and marketing campaigns with Service Provider/ Principle.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/ yearly reports on products progress and to monitor the product performance on regular basis.
  • Perform performance analysis to measure, track and suggestion to improve the transactions.
  • Work closely with internal business units to support the business operations.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business field; experience in the digital products businesses (e-wallet & digital products and services) will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in digital business or other similar related fields.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of variety of technologies and systems in digital product fields.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
