RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assisting customers with menu selections and making recommendations
  • Efficiently taking orders and communicating them to the kitchen
  • Ensuring prompt and courteous table service
  • Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
  • Handling cash and processing payments accurately
  • Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • PMR or SPM
