RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiar with conveyancing procedure and able to handle documentation on conveyancing for Tenancy Agreements and Sales and Purchase agreements.
- Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing transaction
- Liaise with tenants, owners, various government authorities, bankers, or agents in relation to real estate transaction.
- To assist in drafting of letter, including but not limited to finalized renewal letter, appeal letter, demand letter, termination letter and etc.
- To assist in drafting of agreement for new outlet, new sublet and new hostel.
- Ensure proper filing of documentation.
- Provide secretarial assistance and administrative support to the manager for any other legal matters.
- To follow up on any court case and demand letter.
- To produce relevant memo for new outlet, renewal, termination rental rebate and etc.
- To follow up any ad hoc cases.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience as conveyancing clerk in a law firm.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people from all levels.
- Language(s) requirement: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactive.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Meticulous with high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
