RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing strategies and tactics to market the Company and drive traffic to the business.
- Deploy successful marketing and advertising campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis and much more.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Built strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/ invest funds wisely.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Plan, coordinate and organize launches, road shows and events.
- Involve in development of the concept, design and layouts of all A&P materials.
- Produce appropriate PR & marketing collateral such as press release, brochures, booklets, videos, infographic, etc by working with the Creative Designers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or other related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in marketing communication.
- Working in a Retail industry for at least 3 years is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in dynamic and fast paced working environment.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Flexible to work on weekends or long hours when required.
- Experienced in creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Experienced with online marketing, including social media and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Independent, innovative, creative and result oriented.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
