Store Compliance – KPI Executive

JOB SUMMARY

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with store operations standards, conducting audits, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPls) to improve store efficiency and ensure smooth operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out regular audits for all stores to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Check and ensure all operational SOPs are followed, including preparation, storage, and handling processes.
  • Verify and maintain updated checklists and records related to store compliance.
  • Highlight and report any non-compliance issues or areas for improvement to the management team.
  • Analyse audit results and help identify the root causes of issues.
  • Work with store teams, supervisors, and managers to implement solutions for any identified gaps.
  • Ensure proper documentation of findings, audit reports, and recommendations for management review.
  • Support the development of compliance tools and improve processes to enhance store performance.
  • Monitor KPIs for compliance and suggest practical improvements when needed.
  • Responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of the business.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum qualification: SPM. (Diploma or relevant experience in retail is an advantage.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or related fields.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with teams at all levels.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel between stores and work on-site when required.
