With over three decades of experience, Candy Chai is a seasoned professional in administrative management, retail operations and data management. She began her career as a Secretary and Managing Director Assistant in Sarawak, where she developed strong organizational and multitasking skills. Her expertise in retail operations and customer service was further honed while managing her family’s grocery business in Kuching, Sarawak.

Since 2013, Candy Chai has played a pivotal role at KK Supermart & Superstore Sdn Bhd as a Senior Manager – Data Management. She has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in overseeing retail data systems, optimizing business efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making for a nationwide retail network. Her ability to blend technical expertise with practical experience has been instrumental in ensuring seamless data operations and driving business growth.

Candy Chai holds Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) and Retail Operations (DKM), providing her with a solid foundation in financial management and operational strategy.
