Senior Manager – Operation

Since 2004, John has been the Senior Operation Manager at KK Supermart & Superstore Sdn Bhd, where he has provided 21 years of dedicated service. In this capacity, he conducts visits to retail establishments to ensure high-performance sales, efficient and effective management.
John is also responsible for the development of policies on the merchandising of products in retail stores and the monitoring of inventory levels to ascertain the necessity of each store.

His hands-on approach involves the regular evaluation of the performance of all outlets and his attendance of all new outlet openings to ensure the seamless operation of the company's operation. John has also acquired a wealth of experience in the position of Wholesale Division Manager, having served for 21 years in Desa Petaling and 11 years in Kuching, Sarawak.

John undertakes the analysis of financial and sales reports and the development of new business opportunities to enhance efficiency. He works closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory control and daily logistics arrangements.

He has also set up computerized inventory management systems to track product sales and inventory levels and set up road show booths. These initiatives have significantly improved operational efficiency and customer engagement.
