Since joining KK Supermart & Superstore Sdn. Bhd. on January 16, 2001, the company’s first day of operation, Robert has been pivotal in optimizing store products, ensuring the right product mix and stock levels to meet customer demand while supporting the company’s strategic goals.

With expertise in vendor negotiations, cost analysis, and strategic sourcing, Robert drives procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives. He holds a Diploma in Retail Operations (DKM), which enhances his expertise in retail procurement and operations management.
